Take advantage of our fitness room, have a fitness assessment and personal training with our fitness leaders. We have aerobics, circuit, fat burning, high and low impact and other classes in our fitness room and aqua aerobics each day in our outdoor heated pool,.
Take part in our wide range of activities including guided walks, yoga, relaxacise, meditation, tai chi, talks and workshops on stress, weight management, lifestyle, fitness and juice therapy.
