Yindi (meaning "the sun" in aboriginal) came about through the desire to create a more healing experience in the day spa/beauty industry. By using only pure, natural and chemical-free products we believe we offer a luxurious and healing experience like no other day spa.
Located in the heart of the Blue Mountains in the historic Carrington Hotel in Katoomba, Yindi is now the largest day spa in the Blue Mountains and contains the first hydrotherapy spa in the mountains.
Last year (Good Friday) Yindi opened its newly renovated 8 treatment room day spa containing:
-2 rooms with showers
-2 massage/beauty rooms
- a couples room with 2 sunken spa baths
- state-of-the-art manicure/pedicure spa
- Comfortel's Spa Oceana; a state-of-the-art multi-sensory unit that contains a hydrotherapy bath, far-infrared sauna (access toxins at the level of a marathon run - far-infrared rays go as deep as the fat tissue where we store toxins and heavy metals and draws them out), vichy shower, steam unit and colour therapy.
